Donald Trump was announced as the new owner of WWE Monday Night Raw earlier tonight in Charlotte, NC. Trump announced he would no longer be selfish like McMahon was for the many years of the program and said next week’s Raw would be presented commercial free.
McMahon announced he would make a farewell speech next week, but said he was still in charge tonight and announced a 10 Man Battle Royal to determine a #1 contender to face Randy Orton at The Bash in two weeks on Sunday, June 28 for the WWE Championship.
Update: Triple H won the 10 Man Battle Royal on Raw to become #1 contender for Randy Orton’s WWE Championship. Donald Trump then announced Orton vs. Triple H for next week’s commercial free live Raw with the WWE Championship on the line in a Last Man Standing match.
