“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.
Goldberg’s music hits, and the arena immediately starts chanting his name. Goldberg is seen walking backstage and then makes his unique entrance. The crowd showers him with praise and Goldberg chants as he comes down the ramp and gets in the ring. Goldberg looks genuinely moved by the reaction. Goldberg says, “OK! Brock Lesnar… three weeks…”
“Ladies and gentlemen…” Paul Heyman comes out to loud boos from the crowd. “Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman, and my client is not appreciative of you chanting the name Goldberg.” A louder “Goldberg” chant fires up. Goldberg gets on the second turnbuckle and cups his ears. Heyman says the crowd is pissing him off. Heyman starts in front of the ring and says he has all the respect in the world for Goldberg and his abilities. Heyman says he is not a physical threat to Goldberg, which is why he is somewhat comfortable with honoring his client’s wishes and getting into the ring with him. Surely Mr. Goldberg does not think he came here tonight without significant backup. Heyman stands on the apron, and Goldberg looks excited. Heyman slowly gets into the ring and says he’ll probably make Goldberg, the crowd, and Goldberg’s family very happy. His client isn’t just a “beast”… he’s an impatient “beast.” Goldberg is 1-0 against his client, but his client conquers streaks. Just ask The Undertaker, which is why his client has decided to not wait until Sunday, November 20. Goldberg takes off his leather jacket. Lesnar is not going to wait until Survivor Series. His client wants to face Goldberg face-to-face right here! Heyman then introduces Brock Lesnar.
Brock Lesnar’s music hits, and the crowd gives it a massive pop. Lesnar doesn’t come out, and Heyman is seen laughing in the corner of the ring. Heyman points at Goldberg and says, “Gotcha!” Heyman says he got everyone in the crowd, at home, and Goldberg. Goldberg’s son is seen at ringside. Heyman says his son has a look of disappointment on his face, but he’s seen smiling. Heyman says Goldberg will be beaten, victimized, and conquered by Brock… Heyman starts to back up as Goldberg begins to approach him. Heyman begs him off.
Rusev’s music hits, and he makes his way to the ring. Goldberg starts bouncing back and forth in anticipation. Rusev gets in the ring and stares at Goldberg. The crowd chants, “We want Lana.” Rusev asks who Goldberg thinks he is. Goldberg says, “I’m Goldberg, boy!” A loud “Goldberg” chant fires up. Rusev says he knows his name. Goldberg thinks he’s some kind of a superhero, but Rusev doesn’t think he has it anymore. Goldberg is out here crying about children. Goldberg isn’t a superhero because there is no such thing. Rusev says Goldberg hasn’t been in the ring in a very long time and used to watch him throw guys around in WCW. Goldberg had the Jackhammer and the Spear. Those two moves require a lot of strength and explosiveness, but it doesn’t look like Goldberg has either of those attributes. Rusev also doesn’t think Goldberg has the heart in him to get beat down and keep fighting. It’s easy to come out here and talk trash about people who aren’t here. Rusev then taunts the crowd by saying Lesnar isn’t here. Rusev says he is a super-athlete and sees Goldberg shaking. Rusev crushes weaklings.
Rusev punches Goldberg, but he stares right back at him! Goldberg grabs Rusev and starts kneeing him before losing his footing and falling a bit. Goldberg regains his footing and lays him out with a Jackhammer! Goldberg celebrates… and then turns around and spears Heyman down! Goldberg celebrates before leaving the ring.

Twitter photos are shown of various fans dressed up as their favorite WWE Superstars for Halloween. The ringside area is surrounded by Halloween themed objects such as a tub of apples, carved pumpkins on the apron, skeletons, and bowls of candy.
Anderson and Gallows make their entrance first.
Enzo and Big Cass make their entrance. Enzo is dressed as Buzz Lightyear, and Big Cass is dressed as Woody from “Toy Story.” Enzo does his usual shtick before they get in the ring. Last night at Hell in a Cell, Andy and the Big Gal gave him the Magic Killer. Enzo says to Big Cass that he has a friend in him. Tonight in the Trick or Street Fight Match, they’re not handing out candy. If they were, they’d give them lollipops because they both suck. All they’re getting are beat downs. Enzo is going to give Big Gal a beating to infinity and beyond. Enzo pulls Big Cass’ string, and he repeats Woody’s line by saying, “There’s a snake in my boots!” Big Cass wants to see if he has the malted balls to face Enzo or are they just candy corns? Enzo will prove there is only one word to describe him: S-A-W-F-T!
Trick or Street Fight Match
Luke Gallows w/ Karl Anderson vs. Enzo Amore w/ Big Cass
Enzo hits the ropes, and Gallows turns him inside out with a shoulder block. Gallows sends him outside the ring and punches him before putting him back in the ring. Gallows pushes some pumpkins, and Enzo gives him a baseball slide. Enzo takes a skeleton decoration and smashes it against him. Enzo buries his face in the tub of apples, and Gallows comes out with an apple in his mouth. Enzo then punches him, which causes the apple to go flying. Enzo says, “Hey, break a leg pal,” and breaks the skeleton’s leg over his midsection.
-Commercial Break-
We come back from the break to see Gallows send Enzo into the barricade. Gallows goes for a big boot, but Enzo moves. Enzo picks up a pail of candy, but Gallows punches him down. Gallows slams Enzo off the table and rubs the innards of a pumpkin on his face. Gallows slams the pumpkin off him and puts him in the ring for a short-arm clothesline. Gallows takes a haunted gate decoration and smashes a candy corn colored kendo stick off him. Gallows cracks the stick on him again and gets him to his feet. Gallows puts him in the corner, but Enzo moves. Enzo throws a few pumpkins at him until Gallows takes his head off with a kendo stick. Gallows sends him into the ropes, but Enzo comes back with a dropkick to the knees. Enzo then gives him a facebuster on the kendo stick. Enzo picks up a pie, but Anderson gets on the apron and grabs him. Enzo smashes the pie into his face. Big Cass then gives Anderson a big boot off the apron through a table! Gallows picks up a pumpkin and has it held near his groin when Enzo kicks him. Big Cass puts a pumpkin on his head, and Enzo gives him a DDT off the top rope for the win.

Brian Kendrick is walking backstage. He’ll defend his newly won Cruiserweight Championship against former champion T.J. Perkins, next.
-Commercial Break-
Footage is shown from last night’s Hell in a Cell event when Brian Kendrick defeated T.J. Perkins for the title after faking a knee injury.
Brian Kendrick comes out with a microphone. Kendrick reminded everyone last night that nice guys finish last. It wouldn’t be very nice to call everyone “suckers,” but they couldn’t believe that he really wanted Perkins to let him win. Kendrick says he doesn’t need anyone to let him win. It was psychology and mind games. He knew he could play on Perkins’ sympathies. Sympathetic people are weak-minded. All he had to do was tug on his heart-strings and drum up some emotions by reminding him that they were friends. Eventually he’d crack. When he faked the injury at Hell in a Cell, that was the opening he needed. Now we’re here. Tonight, he’s getting his rematch. Kendrick can see he looks fired up. Kendrick hopes he has a plan for winning the title back because he has a plan on how he’s going to keep it.
WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match

Kendrick goes for a handshake, but Perkins doesn’t give it to him. The bell rings, and Perkins takes him down with a running dropkick. Perkins lays him out with a Detonation Kick for a near fall. Perkins grabs at Kendrick, but he’s on the apron, so the referee backs him up.

Perkins ducks a pair of clotheslines before hitting a wheelbarrow bulldog. Perkins charges, but Kendrick drops him on the apron. Perkins shoulder him back and gives him a springboard dropkick to the back of the head. Perkins hits a double chickenwing into a gut-buster for a near fall. Perkins immediately applies the TJP Special, but Kendrick gets to the bottom rope. Perkins gives him a scoop slam and goes to the top rope. Kendrick quickly crotches him up there and goes for a superplex, but Perkins fights him off. Perkins then nearly kills himself by giving him a flying hurricanrana onto the apron and to the floor! Slow motion replays show Perkins dangerously sandwiched his neck on the apron. That could have been bad. Perkins beats the count, but Kendrick declines and gets counted out to save his title.
Winner by Count-Out: T.J. Perkins
Brian Kendrick is still the WWE Cruiserweight Champion

Mick Foley is backstage to a stagehand and talks about how the barbed wire bat on “The Walking Dead” was stolen from him. Braun Strowman then grabs Foley by the shoulder. Strowman says he wants to be part of Team RAW at Survivor Series. He’s destroyed two men and then three men. Foley knows what he’s capable of. Strowman says he wants real competition. Foley better give him what he wants or he’ll destroy half the roster. Foley asks if that threat is supposed to scare him because it’s working. Foley can’t give him what he wants because he’s threatening him because that would send out a bad message. There’s a battle royal happening tonight. The winner will become part of Team RAW and face Team Smackdown Live at Survivor Series. Strowman has competition and can earn a shot at being on Team RAW. Foley wishes him a Happy Halloween, and Strowman walks off. Foley will give a Survivor Series address, next.
-Commercial Break-
Mick Foley makes a Survivor Series Address
Mick Foley’s music hits, and he makes his way to the ring to a nice reception from the crowd. Foley shows off his Jack O’Lantern shirt while he walks to the ring. The crowd chants his name. Foley says last night, Monday Night RAW had a “hell” of a night. We got a new Cruiserweight Champion, a triple main event, and a first-ever women’s Hell in a Cell match featuring Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks. Foley says he’s proud of everyone for working their butts off except Chris Jericho and his best friend, the WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens. While everything they did to Seth Rollins was technically legal inside Hell in a Cell, it left a bad taste in his mouth.
Kevin Owens’ music hits, and the WWE Universal Champion makes his way to the ring alongside his best friend, Chris Jericho. They get in the ring, and there is a loud “Y2J” chant. Owens laughs about leaving a bad taste in Foley’s mouth. Owens asks what they did that was so wrong. Was it the fact that he walked out champion and not his number one draft pick? Maybe it’s the fact that his best friend, Chris Jericho, out-smarted Foley and got in the cell. Owens knows what it is. It’s the fact that last night, he is the one who made history by stealing the show in the main event and becoming the first man ever to successfully defend the WWE Universal Champion inside Hell in a Cell. Last night was the Kevin Owens Show whether he likes it or not. Jericho says his best friend makes a very good point and calls Foley, “Mick Pumpkins.” They showed Foley what a real team can do. They showed why they need to be the anchors of Team RAW at Survivor Series. Foley says if it were any other show except Survivor Series where Team RAW takes on Team Smackdown Live, the situation would be different. Foley says he needs them both on Team RAW. Owens laughs and mentions Foley says he needs them. They are the absolute top two guys on RAW. Owens knows Foley hates to need them because he’s jealous of him. Foley is jealous because in his first Hell in a Cell match, he walked out a winner while Foley made a name for himself in Hell in a Cell matches by being a giant loser. Jericho mentions Foley lost four Hell in a Cell matches. Owens says the last one he lost to Triple H. Jericho says that match happened right here in stinky Hartford, Connecticut. Owens calls the place a dump.
Foley says he has an issue with Owens because he has the talent to win the match on his own. Owens is happy he walked out a winner, but he could have walked out as a legend. Instead they made a mockery of the cell. Jericho asks if he’s mad that he locked the cell and twirled the key around. Foley asks if they think that eighteen years from now the WWE Network will be showing video packages of Kevin Owens as the victor and Jericho twirling the key around. Jericho says it was “The Key of Jericho” and says, “Lock it in, man!” Foley says Jericho thinks this is a joke. Foley doesn’t like needing them, but he checked his ego at the door when he became General Manager. Stephanie McMahon didn’t want them both. Stephanie wanted Owens and not Jericho. Stephanie was incensed. Foley had to stop her from suspending Jericho on the spot because he knew that anyone smart enough to ruin the integrity of the cell was smart enough and devious enough to help Team RAW win at Survivor Series. Foley says he needs them, but he needs more than the two of them. Foley needs “the guy.” The crowd is already booing because they know who it is.
Roman Reigns’ music hits, and he comes out to the stage. Owens and Jericho don’t look very pleased. Reigns slowly makes his way to the ring and gets in. The crowd is loudly booing him. Reigns asks why they’re so mad. Reigns thanks Foley for the vote of confidence. A loud “Roman sucks” chant fires up. Foley says his wife loves him. Reigns says, “Happy Halloween to y’all, too.” Reigns says Foley is in the Halloween spirit with Spongebob Squarepants and Patrick. Jericho says Reigns isn’t wearing a Halloween costume. Reigns says he was going to be a “stupid idiot,” but they were out of Jericho costumes. Jericho asks if he knows what happens when you insult him on Halloween. The crowd is buzzing, but Jericho says no one is worthy of being on his list. Jericho says he’s from Canada and doesn’t care about the United States, but he’d be a better US Champion than him. Owens says Jericho is right. Jericho says he could take the US Title away from him tonight if he wanted. Jericho says Reigns is probably too beat up from the Hell in a Cell match against Rusev, so he probably can’t compete because he’s too sore. Reigns says his body hurts, but he’d never pass up the opportunity to shut his mouth. Foley makes it official: Chris Jericho versus Roman Reigns tonight, right here in Hartford, Connecticut! Jericho is not happy about this.
A video package is shown highlighting the first-ever women’s Hell in a Cell match. It was also the first time women have ever main evented a WWE PPV. Charlotte Flair defeated Sasha Banks to win the RAW Women’s Championship.
Charlotte Flair will be live on RAW tonight to address her championship victory.

Finally, Strowman clotheslines him down. Strowman avalanches him in the corner and stares down at him. Strowman scoops him up and tries to throw him over, but Zayn holds onto him. Charlotte Flair talks about her victory at Hell in a Cell
Charlotte Flair makes her entrance on a throne carried by four servants. The crowd boos her as she stands in the ring. Charlotte and Sasha made it a reality. Bayley congratulates Charlotte on winning the Women’s Championship. Charlotte laughs and says she would say thank you, but while Bayley is dreaming, she’s achieving. Bayley has known Charlotte for a long time and success has gone to her head. Charlotte is the biggest jerk. She’d never want to be a champion like her. Charlotte says she’ll never be a champion like her because she’ll never be her. When will Bayley realize this isn’t NXT anymore. When she looks at Bayley, she doesn’t know if she sees a competitor or a glorified fan wearing a Halloween costume. Your team is only as strong as the weakest link, so we’ll see how strong she is when she faces her Survivor Series teammate.
