Following tonight’s 9/6 WWE Smackdown Live in Lincoln, a variety of changes involving the Smackdown Tag Team Title Tournament has been announced.
It was announced on Talking Smackdown that American Alpha has been pulled from the finals of the tournament (WWE ran an injury angle with Chad Gable) and instead a match between The Usos and The Hype Bros were announced. The winners will face Heath Slater and Rhyno in the finals to crown the first ever Smackdown Tag Team Champions.
