In regards to the planned “November to Remember” ECW reunion event that Shane Douglas announced last spring and said would be the final reunion of former ECW talents, PWInsider is reporting that there is still no new details regarding the event or if it will actually end up taking place. Douglas had annnounced the show would take place at the former ECW Arena in Philadelphia, PA, but the arena opted out of hosting the event when Douglas publicly announced it before signing a contract with them. November 7 was the planned date, but it turns out the arena is hosting a stand-up comedy event that night. According to new reports, Douglas had shown interest in booking the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, but he wasn’t said to be happy with the price quoted for him to use the venue since he felt it was much more than what Ring of Honor was paying for the building. No talents have been officially booked for the event yet, but all said they would commit when a final date was announced.
