The first of two NXT live events today in Chicago got off to a slow start. According to a report by PWInsider, The Portage Theater experienced issues with heat inside the venue and delayed the company from opening the doors to fans waiting outside.
The official NXT Twitter account posted video of NXT Champion Finn Balor speaking with fans outside and apologizing for the delay. The event is now underway.
