It was announced by Nigel McGuinness at last night’s 1/9 ROH TV tapings in Concord that Jay Lethal will defend the ROH Championship against Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly at the upcoming ROH 14th Anniversary PPV on 2/26 in Las Vegas.
