Seth Rollins underwent knee surgery on Tuesday to repair his torn ACL, MCL and medial meniscus that was injured at a WWE live event last Wednesday in Dublin, forcing Rollins to vacate the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Rollins is scheduled to be out for 6-9 months while recovering from the surgery.
Rollins posted the following comments after his surgery on his Facebook:
“Huge thanks to everyone who has reached out and extended their support over the last week. Means a lot to me. Surgery is done and I’m on the mend! Every day is forward movement now. I’ll be back it before you can even miss me.”
