Scott Fishman of ChannelGuideMagBlog.com passed along a new interview with recent WWE signee, Kana, about her decision to sign with the company.
On her decision to sign with WWE:
“In the end, it was not a difficult decision to make, as a competitor, you always want to perform on the biggest stage, and there is no bigger stage than WWE. I was looking for a new challenge, and when the opportunity presented itself. I jumped at it.”
On working with Sara Amato (Sara Del Rey) prior to signing with WWE:
“It definitely helps to know I will be training under someone I am familiar and comfortable with, in this business, you never stop learning, and I can’t wait to get to Orlando and train with Sara and the rest of the incredible coaching staff.”
On the help she will have in making the transition from Japan to the US:
“Once I get to Orlando, I will have a great support system, I am sure I will be asking a lot of questions to Hideo [Itami] and Matt Bloom, both of which I have known from my days in Japan.”
