We received the following from Bobby Simmons today:
I am sad to report that Lester Welch passed away this afternoon around 2:00 PM in Pensacola, Florida. Pease remember Lucille, Jack, Roy Lee, and their families in your prayers. Arrangements are pending and I will keep you up to date as I have new information.
