The ongoing lawsuit between TNA and Scott Steiner has been pushed back from earlier this month to June 2015 according to a report by Mike Johnson. The trial was said to have been pushed back during a pre-trial hearing last month.
TNA filed a lawsuit against Steiner back in June 2012 on the claim of breaching his contract, which at that point had been expired, by making disparaging remarks about TNA, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and Bruce Pritchard online.
Since then, Steiner has responded by denying that he ever agreed not to disparage the company, ignored requests to stop speaking out, was in a legal and binding agreement with TNA and that TNA suffered damages as a result of his remarks. Steiner also stated that when his contract expired with TNA, he decided to turn down a new contract offer.
