WWE has posted the final vignette for the impending debut of the former Kevin Steen (Kevin Owens) that aired during last night’s 12/4 WWE NXT on the WWE Network. Steen is set to debut on next week’s 12/11 NXT Takeover: R Evolution live special on the WWE Network.
