Afterwards, Ciampa grabs a mic as Strong continues to berate Page. Ciampa says that there is a lot of people that like to call me crazy. What I see is crazy is the fact that every single guy in this company doesn’t have the balls to say exactly what it is they wanna say. Everybody in today’s society sugarcoats things, they’re scared to make one definitive statement and then live with their words. Well Michael Elgin, bullseye’s right there on your chest and you love it, you love the attention. Fact of the matter is, you thrive off it. You challenge every single former World Champion to come after your title. Not only that, you challenge anybody, Open Challenge after Open Challenge. The fact is, Michael Elgin, I’m pretty certain, you weren’t thinking about me every single time you said that. You weren’t thinking about the Sicilian Psychopath, I know that, I know you’ve overlooked me because every single damn SOB in this company has overlooked me since I stepped foot in a ROH ring!

All of a sudden, we hear someone say “complain, complain, complain.” Silas Young comes out onto the rampway. Silas says that Ciampa can say what he wants about Michael Elgin and his Open Challenge, but come August 22nd in Milwaukee, I’m walking in as the #1 Contender and I’m walking out the next ROH World Champion. And when that happens, there will be no more Open Challenges, guys are gonna have their opportunities and I realized that to a lot of people, earning an opportunity is a foreign concept and quite frankly, Tommaso, I don’t think you got what it takes.

Silas gets in the ring, but Ciampa says “Wrong!” and nails Silas with a headbutt. Ciampa sends Silas off the ropes, but Silas slides out to the outside as we go to commercial.
