According to a report by TMZ, witnesses at the Gainey Suites Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona told police that Ultimate Warrior (Jim Hellwig) “clutched his chest” moments before collapsing near his wife. Warrior was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
