A lawsuit brought against WWE by the Figures Toy Company claiming WWE wrongly tried to sever a contract between both parties over the license for replica title belts was officially dismissed on 11/27. According to a report by Mike Johnson, WWE never actually officially responded to the lawsuit claiming they were now trying to go directly to the factory that Figures Toy Company had been using to create the belts and to eliminate a partnership with Figures. The details regarding why Figures voluntarily asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed remains unknown at this time.
