We see the usual intro, then the music of Jim Ross hits as he makes his way to the ring. JR says that he is here to oversee the contract signing for next week’s NXT Title match between challenger Bo Dallas & champion Big E. Langston. He introduces Dallas & Big E, who make their way to the ring.
Big E signs the contract, but before Dallas signs, he grabs a mic. Dallas says that he has something to say. Dallas says he doesn’t appreciate how Big E made fun of him last week. You looked at me like I’m a joke, I’m not a joke. Ever since Big E won the title, he has done big things. I watched you debut on RAW, you’re best buddies with Dolph Ziggler and biggest of all, you competed at WrestleMania. You are doing the things I should be doing. The reason why? Because I don’t have the NXT Title. I would do anything to get that. I don’t want to be champion, I NEED to be champion. When I sign this contract, I’m not signing it for a match, I’m signing what could change my life. 3 seconds to change my life and 3 seconds to make history and that’s exactly what I’m gonna do next week.
Big E stops Dallas from signing and has a mic. Big E says he doesn’t think Dallas is a joke. I have a lot of respect for you after you took on Big Show. Of course though, you got knocked out. Big E says Dallas talks about wanting his title, his life, wanting to be me. I’m the biggest and baddest man NXT has ever seen. Big E says Dallas is a geek. You probably live at home with your mom, you sleep with those little footy pajamas. You wake up smiling, you eat smiling, you go to sleep smiling, you go to the park smiling, you go fishing smiling. You can’t be me. You need 3 seconds to take my title? Big E says he will crush Dallas’s dreams and do it in FIVE.
Crowd starts a “FIVE” chant as Dallas signs the contract, shoves it at Big E’s chest and walks off. The two stare each other down as we go backstage.
Backstage, Renee Young is with Corey Graves. Graves says tonight is not just about the NXT Tag Titles, tonight, the Wyatt Family falls. I know how the Wyatt Family works. You have the two unstoppable monsters who are the tag team champions and then you have the patarich, the madman, Bray Wyatt. Bray likes to play mind games, but in my mind, we’re not playing mind games. In my mind, they fired the first shot at a one man army. Tonight, I’m gonna put the Wyatt Family down and they will stay down. Renee brings up if Graves can work together with Kassius Ohno tonight. Graves says he doesn’t like Ohno, I never have. Fortunately for him, the tag titles are bigger than my disdain for him. I’ve never asked for anyone’s help, I don’t need anyone’s help. As far as I’m concerned, Ohno can stand on the apron tonight and watch me take the NXT Tag Team Titles and take down the Wyatt Family’s house, brick by brick.

Backstage, Renee Young is with Kassius Ohno. Ohno, who is sporting a shorter beard & wearing a Misawa t-shirt, says he is gonna attack. Tonight is destruction, terror & mayhem for the Wyatt Family. Bray Wyatt likes to surround himself with a fearsome fortress. He has put together a savage army, but tonight, I dive in head-first into those fortress walls and I’m going for the gold. Renee brings up Graves to Ohno. Ohno says that Graves is the tattooed lone wolf of NXT. He likes to do things by himself, but we saw how that worked out against the Shield. Tonight, its not about Graves & Ohno, its about taking what Bray Wyatt holds most dear, the NXT Tag Team Titles. Tonight is not a match, its a war.

Cesaro walks in mockingly clapping Zayn. Zayn & Cesaro go back and forth speaking French before Cesaro says Zayn got a cheap win over him. Zayn says the only thing cheap was Cesaro attacking him afterwards. Cesaro says all Zayn did was tick him off and looking at past experience, that will not end well. So, if you are half the man you think you are, you will face me again in that ring. Zayn he has no problem with a re-match on one condition, where did you get that sweet man-purse?
