TNA Presidient Dixie Carter sent out the following tweet on Wednesday afternoon promising a “major announcement” to take place on Impact Wrestling tomorrow night on Spike TV. It would appear this will be a taped announcement as reports from the taping in Manchester did not feaure an in-ring appearance by Carter.
