As reported on earlier in the weeks leading up, newly signed TNA star Jeff Hardy will be back in a North Carolina Superior Court today in Moore County what will be the next step in his defense against drug trafficking (among other charges). Hardy is facing a total of five felony charges after he was indicted in January.
