Report from 12/28/12 Fri night RAW Holiday Tour from Nassau Coliseum, Long Island, NY. Quick recap.
1st Match was a 6 man tag match which included Brodus Clay and the Uso’s vs Prime Time Players and Jack Swagger. Brodus and the Uso’s with the Victory. (Brodus with the splash and the cover).
Match #2 was for the Diva’s Title which saw Eve Torres defeat Kaitlyn.
Match #3 was David Otunga vs Santino. Santino outlasted Otunga after he hit him with the Cobra.
Match #4 was another 6 man tag match. This one featured The Shield vs Team HEll NO (Daniel Bryan & Kane) and Ryback. Hell No and Ryback were Victorious in this one.
Match #5 was a quickie with Zack Ryder rolling up Tensai for the cover at about the 30 second mark. Then Tensai had to sing a Christmas carol(Rudolph) for losing as voted by the fans.
Match #6 was for the United States Title. Antonio Cesaro vs the challenger MIZ. Cesaro retains the belt.
Match #7 was a tag match between (Rhodes Scholars)Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow vs old school NEW AGE OUTLAWS (Road Dogg Jesse James and the Bad Ass Billy Gunn). Great comeback and great win by the old school New Age Outlaws.
And the Main event Match #8. A Steel Cage match between Dolph Ziggler with AJ and Big E Langston at ringside vs John Cena. Cena comes out with the victory in one of the best and longest house show main events I’ve seen ever. This was pay per view caliber. Really great back and forth. Outside interference. The whole 9 yards.
Overall: Another great house show in the New York area. Really impressed. Great card and great matches. They left it all out there.
