At tonight’s ROH TV Tapings in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvavia, it was announced that at Final Battle 2012 on December 16th at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, Ring of Honor World Champion Kevin Steen will defend the title against his long-time rival El Generico in Ladder War IV .
