Gail Kim talks about getting her start in pro wrestling

Sue White of Mlive.com is featuring an interview with TNA Knockout Gail Kim where she talks about getting her start in pro wrestling back in 2000.

“After college, “I decided I really wanted to go into something athletic. But I was 23, starting later in life, so wrestling was one of the few things available.” She remembers her mother seeing an opponent slap her across the face, “and she doesn’t watch as much anymore,” Kim said. “After my first injury, she and my dad said, ‘OK, you can quit now.’ But by then, I’d been working very hard to get where I was, and I had a passion for it.” If you don’t have that, she was quick to add, “you’re not going to last very long.”
