The Hartford Courant is featuring an article on WWE wanting to add an additional 200 jobs with the creation of the WWE Network. WWE CFO George Barrios is quoted in the article about the proposed network and it appears the company doesn’t have a set strategy yet.
Details about the WWE network are still being worked out, Barrios said. It could be a fully distributed network with advertising and subscription revenue from cable providers, a pay channel, or a network that delivers content directly to viewers’ TV sets or computers, he said.
