We go live to Daily’s Place as it is time for Homecoming! Tony Schiavone, Nigel McGuinness and Jim Ross are on commentary!
Samoa Joe’s music hits as he makes his way out and down to the ring. We get Joe chants…Up next is the music of Christian Cage, as Nick Wayne comes out with The Patriarchy.
Samoa Joe vs. Nick Wayne
Hook and Shibata come out to even out the numbers as The Patriarchy looked to attack Joe before the match.
The bell rings as we are underway. Both men lock up as its 45 degrees at bell time…Wayne attempts a shoulder block on Joe, but he won’t go down. Wayne claps and runs the ropes, but Joe stops him and then trips him and nails Wayne with jabs, sending him to the corner and down to the mat. Joe chops Wayne and then sets him up on his shoulder as he attempts a muscle buster, but Wayne pokes Joe in the eyes to break the hold. Wayne takes Joe down with a dragon screw leg whip. Wayne works on the left leg of Joe. Wayne distracts the ref as Christian Cage also works the leg of Joe from the outside. Joe recovers and chops Wayne and rolls to the floor. Wayne is up on the top rope and comes crashing down on Joe, taking him down. Wayne rolls Joe back in the ring and covers him for only a one count. Wayne kicks Joe and then grabs his left leg, kicking it and flips off the crowd. Wayne attempts a figure four, but Joe fights out of it. Joe has Wayne on the top rope as Wayne fights him off. Wayne drops Joe on his head and cover him for only a two count. Wayne hits the ropes, but Joe fires back with a big clothesline. Joe has Wayne up for a muscle buster as Hook and Shibata stop Christian and Kip Sabian from coming in the ring. Joe drops Wayne and covers him for the win.
Winner by pinfall: Samoa Joe
After the match, Joe, Shibata and Hook are in the ring as The Patriarchy leave to go to the back. Joe celebrates his win as the fans chant his name.
We get a look back at what took place on Dynamite this past Wednesday with Kenny Omega, Will Ospreay and the Don Callis Family.
The music of Kazuchika Okada hits next as the Rainmaker heads to the ring. Next up in the ROH World TV champion as he heads to the ring with Alex Abrahantes. No titles are on the line for this match.
Champion vs. Champion: AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada vs. ROH World Television Champion Komander
The bell rings as we are underway. This will be fast paced and I will do what I can to keep up with the action.
No handshake from Okada…Komander kicks Okada and sends him down with a dropkick. Okada rakes the eyes of Komander…the ROH TV champ recovers and has Okada in a hold, as Okada makes it to the ropes to break the hold. Okada goes to the floor as Komander takes him down and then sends him in the ring…Okada recovers and sends Komander to the mat with a big boot. Okada nails Komander who then heads to the ramp and takes down Okada with a big leap over the ropes…Okada rolls to the floor as Okada comes back and drops the ROH TV Champ with a big DDT.
-FULL COMMERCIAL BREAK (ON MAX)-
Back from the break, Okada sends Komander to the corner and charges at him as Komander gets a big boot up. Okada grabs Komander, but he counters, dropping Okada. Komander kicks Okada and then drops him with a bulldog and then covers him for only a two count. Komander goes to the top rope as Okada catches him and hits him with a neckbreaker. Okada picks up Komander and slams him. Okada goes to the top and comes down and connects with a big elbow on Komander. Okada flips off fans…Okada goes for a rainmaker, but Komander counters it. Komander kicks Okada and drops him on his head. Komander goes to the top rope as Okada rolls to the floor. Komander then connects on Okada with a moonsault on the floor…back in the ring, Okada recovers and then hits Komander with a rainmaker to get the win.
Winner by pinfall: Kazuchika Okada
After the match Okada shakes the hand of Komander and then as Komander turns to leave, he takes down Komander from behind with a double ax handle.
We go to a video package giving a background for our next match of the night.
The cameras take us to the back parking lot as Powerhouse Hobbs waits for Big Bill to arrive…a brick is tossed Hobbs, but misses him…It’s Big Bill. Hobbs and Big Bill brawl. Hobbs hits Bill with cookie sheets to the head and then grabs him…Hobbs then nails Bill in the head with a garbage can lid. Bill hits Hobbs, but Hobbs grabs a gate off its hinges and hits Bill with it. Security come in as the fans chant let them fight. Bill tells Hobbs he has got him.
-COMMERCIAL BREAK-
Back from the break, Lexy Nair is with the Costco Guys (Big Boom! AJ and Big Justice). They get interrupted by Roderick Strong, Kyle O’Reilly and Adam Cole…we get a boom from all…and then another set up booms…LAME!
Next up is the music of The Undisputed Kingdom, as Cole, Strong and O’Reilly make their way to the ring.
The music of Daniel Garcia hits next as he, Daddy Magic and Cool Hand Ang, who makes his return, head to the ring.
Trios Match: Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly) vs. TNT Champion Daniel Garcia, Daddy Magic and Cool Hand Ang
The bell rings as Garcia and Cole start off by locking up. Garcia works on the arm of Cole with an arm twist…Garcia takes down Cole and he reverses it. Both men look to hit each other, but stop and jaw at each other. Strong is tagged in as Daddy Magic comes in…Strong locks up Daddy Magic and then twists the arm of Strong. Daddy Magic twists the arm of Strong and tags in Cool Hand Ang…he takes down Strong, but he comes back and pushes him in the corner and tags in O’Reilly…Kyle has Cool Hand in a headlock…Get get a blind tag as the TNT Champ is in, but he sent to the floor. O’Reilly drops Strong with a knee, but Garcia comes back and takes him down, as he jaws with Shane Taylor Promotions who is in the front row…

Back from the break, Daddy Magic nails O’Reilly with big right hands…Garcia is tagged in and takes it to O’Reilly with big right hands of his own…Daddy Magic is tagged in as he trips O’Reilly…Cool Hand and Daddy Magic double team Kyle, but he then comes back and takes then both down…Kyle tags in Cole as Garcia is tagged in…both men exchange blows…Garcia picks up Cole and drops him on his back…Garcia picks up Cole, but he counters with a neckbreaker. Cole tags in Strong as is Cool Hand…Strong drops Cool Hand and then hits Daddy Magic and picks up Cool Hand and drops him. He covers Cool Hand, but Menard breaks up the pin attempt…Kyle and Roderick are in as Cool Hand fights off both men…Garcia comes in and is sent to the floor. O’Reilly nails Cool Hand with a big running knee and covers him for the win.

After the match, all men shake hands. It was announced that we will hear from Big Bill tonight…
We go backstage with Max Caster talking about how his friend and mentor turned their backs on him…Caster says the response has been overwhelming and that he is a survivor and is the best wrestler alive…he makes an open challenge for the best wrestler alive.
Up next is the face-to-face with Mariah May and Toni Storm.

We get a vignette teasing the soon return of Hologram who has been out with an injury.
Lexy Nair is backstage with Top Flight and Leila Grey…Darrius and Dante get into a verbal argument over their recent loss to Action Andretti and Lio Rush. Darrius challenges Lio Rush to a match.
AEW Women’s Champion Mariah May and Toni Storm will meet face-to-face
Tony Schiavone is in the ring and introduces Mariah May, as the Women’s World Champion heads to the ring. May grabs the mic and says let’s get this s— over with. Schiavone introduces Toni Storm as she comes down to the ring and puts out her hand to May.
May says that when she looks at Storm she sees nothing…May then tells her when she thinks of her, she feels nothing…May then tells Toni that to the fans she is nothing. May then tells Toni she is a joke, a meme and they laugh at her and they forget about her just like she knew they would. May says she doesn’t care about Storm and never cares about her. May says that Storm was the easiest pawn to dominate this game and if she has to do again, she will do it again in her hometown in Australia. Toni then tells May she is her biggest fan…all she has done in the UK and Japan and AEW…Storm says May is an inspiration and one day wants to be just like her. Storm then hugs May…May then slaps storm twice, knocking her hat off. She tells Toni to get out of the ring… May then attacks Toni with the world title belt, nailing her in the head and back…officials enter the ring, trying to get May to leave, but she keeps attacking Storm. May spits on Storm as the officials finally get her out of the ring.
Storm then grabs a mic and says what makes you think she has forgotten and what makes you think their dance is done…Storm then says that she will remember all the blood forever. Storm then says the best roll you play is yourself and the performance of a life-time. Storm undresses to her Timeless ring gear…the fans go wild! Storm says Timeless Toni Storm is back! May look shocked and concerned as Storm stares her down as the fans go crazy!
We go to a segment with Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli for a backstage look at the next Close Up with Renee Paquette that premieres Tuesday on YouTube.
Back in the arena, the lights go out as the music of Brody King and Buddy Matthews hit next. They are with Julia Hart and introduced as the Hounds of Hell.
Next up is the Gates of Agony, as they makes their to the ring.
Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) vs. Brody King and Buddy Matthews
The bell rings as we are underway. Kaun and Buddy start off with a lock up. Both men try to take each other down…they run the ropes and both men trade taking each other down. Liona tags himself in. Buddy and Liona lockup as Buddy runs the ropes, but Liona takes him down…Brody is tagged in. Both men run at each other and trying to take each other down. They slug it out and then chop each other. Liona is hit with a big chop. Liona tags in Kaun as they double team Brody in the corner. Kaun chops Brody as he is in the corner. Brody recovers and sends out Liona and takes down Kaun…King tags in Buddy as he comes in with rapid shots and a big knee…Buddy sends Kaun to the floor and takes down both Kaun and Liona…

Back from the break, Kaun sends Brody into the timekeeper’s table…Kaun goes back in the ring as Gates of Agony double team Buddy…he fights back and takes out both Gates of Agony…Buddy makes a tag as Brody is in! He takes down both Kaun and Liona. King picks up Liona and drops him with a death valley driver…King covers Liona, but Kaun breaks up the pin attempt…Gates of Agony double team King, as Buddy comes in to save King…King fights back and drops Liona with a boss man slam…King picks up Liona and piledrives him but he gets up…Buddy and King send Kaun to the floor and double team Liona with cannonballs to get the win.

We go backstage with Lexy Nair the Costco Guys (Big Boom! AJ and Big Justice) and Harley Cameron then attempts to sing as Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie come in to interrupt the segment and jaw at Cameron. Stupid segment.
-COMMERCIAL BREAK-
Back from the break, Lexy Nair is backstage with Penelope Ford and Thunder Rosa who agreed to no physicality…Ford says that she is a star and if she has to tear apart a former champion, she will. Ford challenges her to a match to end the segment.
Back in the venue, the music of Deanna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie hit, as they make their way to the ring…this is a 4-Way Match that means no disqualification…next is the music of Serena Deeb. She makes her way to the ring with her Deeb’s Dojo flag. Yuka Sakazaki is out next. Finally, Queen Aminata comes out next.
I will do my best to keep up with all the action…
AEW TBS Championship No. 1 Contender Match: Queen Aminata vs. Deonna Purrazzo vs. Yuka Sakazaki vs. Serena Deeb
The bell rings as we are underway…Yuka quickly rolls up Aminata, but she kicks out at two…Deonna gets out of the ring as Yuka and Deeb duke it out…Queen hits Deeb from behind and suplexes her….Purrazzo is in the ring and sends Yuka to the floor and Taya stomps on her…Deonna is nailed by Deeb and sent to the floor…Deeb stomps on the Queen as Deonna comes back in the ring…Deeb drops the Queen with a neckbreaker, but Deonna takes her down…Yuka comes down with a big missel dropkick on Deeb, as she rolls to the floor…Yuka goes to the top and takes down Deeb, The Queen and Purrazzo with a big crossbody.
-FULL COMMERCIAL BREAK (ON MAX)-
Back from the break, Deonna has the Queen in an armbar and rolls her over, but Deonna kicks out at two…Purrazzo and the Queen take each other down…Yuka is also down in the ring, as Deeb is up…she grabs Yuka, but Yuka sends her to the corner…Yuka climbs to the top and comes down on Deeb with a big crossbody…Yuka covers Deeb, but she kicks out at two. Deeb drops the Queen and covers her, but the Queen kicks out at two. Yuka is in and sends Deeb to the ramp. Queen and Deeb fight on the ramp way…the ref looks on as Taya comes in and Deonna and Taya double team Yuka…Harley Cameron comes in and sends Taya to the floor and takes down Deonna, who then puts and arm bar on Yuka. She counters and rolls up Deonna for the win.
Winner by pinfall: Yuka Sakazaki
We go backstage with Lexy Nair talking to Hounds of Hell…they say when they bark they bark together…Okada interrupts the interview and tells Buddy they bark like a b—-. Buddy challenges Okada to a title match, but Okada says no as Buddy calls him a b—-. Okada then says he is no b—–, which gets the fans laughing.
-COMMERCIAL BREAK-
Back from the break, Big Bill is in the ring…Bill with a mic in hand says he is going to make sure Powerhouse Hobbs gets locked up…Bill calls out Hobbs…the music of Hobbs hits as Security tries to hold him back, but he takes out security. More security comes out but Hobbs takes the down…Hobbs hits the ring as Bill and Hobbs brawl. Bill grabs his backpack and nails Hobbs from behind as Hobbs was on the rampway…Bill opens the backpack and out come bricks, handcuffs and a knee brace. Bill takes the handcuffs and pounds Hobbs as his face is busted open. Hobbs is up and the two brawl near the fans. Hobbs makes his way to the announce table area. Bill picks up a chair and nails Hobbs in the back. Bill hits Hobbs again in the back with the chair. Hobbs flips off Bill and he is hit in the mid-section with the chair. Hobbs tries to make his way to the back, but Bill nails him in the knee. Bill picks up the knee brace and mocks Hobbs. Bill then punches Hobbs. Bill picks up a brick. As Bill goes to hit Hobbs, he gets up and kicks Bill between the legs…Hobbs picks up Bill and drops him with a belly to back onto a table below! We get a replay as Hobbs and Bill are being checked on.
We go to a vignette with the Don Callis Family that takes place in a house around the dinner table. During the vignette, Callis teased a sixth member of the Don Callis Family.
Up next is the music of Konosuke Takeshita, as he makes his way to the ring with Don Callis. Jim Ross is back on commentary for this match. It was said that if the match goes past the top of hour, the feed will not be cut…next up is the challenger in Katsuyori Shibata.
AEW International Championship Match: Konosuke Takeshita defends against Katsuyori Shibata
The bell rings as we are underway…Don Callis is on commentary for this match as well…Shibata grabs the champ and locks him up. Shibata takes down Takeshita. The Champ is up as Takeshita puts Shibata in a full nelson. Shibata gets out of the hold, but Takeshita uses his legs to put Shibata in a headlock…both men lock up again in what so far has been a very technical match….Shibata kicks Takeshita and takes him down, but Takeshita come back and drops Shibata, sending him to the floor. Takeshita then grabs Shibata and sends him over the guardrail. Takeshita sits Shibata in a chair and charges him, but is met with a big boot to the face. Shibata sets up Takeshita on the chair and then kicks him in the face with a big boot…
-FULL COMMERCIAL BREAK (ON MAX)-
Back from the break, the action is back is in the ring…Shibata nails Takeshita and then chops him repeatedly. Shibata then runs and charges and connects on Takeshita with a running dropkick…Shibata cover Takeshita, but he kicks out a two…Shibata kicks Takeshita in the chest and goes for a kick to the face, but Takeshita ducks it. Takeshita comes back, but Shibata leg trips the champ, taking him down. Both men are down…Both men go face-to-face as they exchange blows to chants of AEW. Shibata puts Takeshita in a sleeper hold, as Takeshita falls on his back…Shibata keeps the sleeper hold on…Takeshita is up and breaks out of the hold and drops Shibata with a Styles Clash…both men are down! We get a this is awesome chant…Both men are up as Shibata hits Takeshita with a big forearm shot…Shibata hits Takeshita and then locks up in the center of the ring…Don Callis heads to the ring to a string of boos. Shibata picks up Takeshita, but he counters…Shibata then applies a sleeper on Takeshita…he breaks the hold as Callis interferes with the refs back turned…Takeshita drops Shibata with a big blue thunder bomb. Takeshita covers him, but Shibata kicks out a two, as Takeshita looks shocked…Takeshita then kicks Shibata and picks him and drops him on his back with a big powerbomb like move. Takeshita covers Shibata to retain, as the show goes off the air.
