During a recent edition of What Happened When, co-host Conrad Thompson noted the appearance of Scotty Riggs backstage at the 1/8 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Agreeing with Thompson’s comments on the company offering a position to the former WCW talent, Tony Schiavone confirmed that Riggs had been with AEW for “over six months or so,” though he did not elaborate on what that role was.
The shoutout comes after PWInsider reported in December that Riggs had been helping provide logistical support at AEW shows, including driving talents to venues.
