After Dynamite went off the air on Wednesday night, at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri AEW taped the contract signing between Chris Jericho and Matt Cardona for Thursday’s ROH TV and matches and a segment for Friday’s Rampage.

Jericho told Cardona he was lucky that he (Jericho) granted him the title match because just being in the ring with Jericho puts him on a greater level. Jericho then said there was no way Cardona was going to win and take the title. Cardona then said everything that comes out of Jericho’s mouth is BS. Cardona went on to say that Jericho is a fake and is using ROH, leeching off of it the same way he uses everyone else. Cardona then said he is not going to let the biggest opportunity in his career slip through his fingers and that is is going to become new ROH Champion. Cardona then signed the contract. Jericho stalled before signing the contract. Jericho offered a handshake, but before Cardona could get attacked, he nailed Jericho and Bryan Keith and then put Jericho through a table.
AEW Rampage
-Tony Schiavone interviewed The Don Callis Family. Kyle Fletcher said that his destiny was to win the C2 tournament. Callis then said no one is bad enough to challenge them. Out came Mark Davis and Powerhouse Hobbs.
-Powerhouse Hobbs and Mark Davis defeated Lance Archer and Konosuke Takeshita when Hobbs powerslammed and pinned Archer. Takeshita tried to attack Hobbs, but was hit with a spinebuster. Hobbs then indicated he was coming for the International Championship.
-Deonna Purrazzo defeated Shazza McKenzie
-Toni Storm defeated Harley Cameron
-Matt Cardona pinned Bryan Keith. Chris Jericho was on commentary for the match.
