During Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision, a video package aired, announcing that ROH World Tag Team Champion Sammy Guevara will square-off against Shelton Benjamin on this coming Wednesday’s Dynamite. In the video, Guevara said he went to Tony Khan requesting the match, as he wants to challenge the best.
Guevara has recently been medically cleared to return to action, following a concussion he suffered during a match against Serpentico at the October 2 ROH TV tapings. Guevara had mistimed a cutter, causing Serpentico to land on his (Guevara’s) face. The referee stopped the match, as Guevara had to eventually being taken out on a stretcher.
Below is the rest of the current lineup for this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, which will air live on TBS from the Maverik Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
