ROH World Team Champion Sammy Guevara took to social media, to seemingly confirm a report by Dave Meltzer at The Wrestling Observer/F4WOnline, that he (Guevara) has been medically cleared to return.
Guevara responded on X with “Good news! LFG!”
Guevara suffered a concussion back on the October 2 ROH television tapings at the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
The injury occurred during his match with Serpentico, when Guevara mess up on the timing of a cutter, resulting in Serpentico landing on Guevara’s face. Referee Bryce Remsberg then immediately called for the match to be stopped. Medical personnel hit the ring to check on Guevara before eventually taking him out of the ring on a stretcher.
