Toni Storm’s CMLL debut postponed in wake of Hurricane Milton

Toni Storm, who was scheduled to make her CMLL debut against La Catalina at Arena Mexico on 10/11, has been pulled from the card due to travel issues caused by Hurricane Milton.

CMLL released a statement regarding the matter, with a translation courtesy of F4WOnline:

We are working hard with all parties involved to coordinate a new date that allows our fans to enjoy this long-awaited match. We regret any inconvenience this rescheduling may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

The company has since announced that La Catalina will wrestle in a tag match alongside Samantha Black, facing Zeuxis and Dark Silueta at the upcoming event.

The CMLL date would have been the latest international outing for the former AEW Women’s World Champion, who has traveled to Japan to work her first matches for STARDOM since 2019.

Storm has been on hiatus from AEW programming since losing the belt to Mariah May, though Storm stated in an interview last month that she would like to have her rematch against “The Glamour” at AEW’s debut in Australia next February.
