The office of the Napa County District Attorney announced that they have declined to file criminal charges against Artem Chigvintsev, releasing the following statement:
Representatives for Chigvintsev’s wife, Nikki Garcia (WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella) requested privacy for the family following Artem’s arrest in late August on suspicion of domestic violence.
Garcia was recently reported to have filed for divorce, seeking full custody of their four year old son.
