Former NXT backstage interviewer McKenzie Mitchell is going to work for Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling.
The real-life wife of NXT play-by-play announcer Vic Joseph, will serve as a backstage correspondent for Scott D’Amore’s new promotion.
Mitchell was released by WWE last December 2023. Prior to NXT, she worked for IMPACT Wrestling.
Former WWE SmackDown and NXT announcer Mauro Ranallo will do play-by-play alongside Don Callis, who will serve as the color commentator. Former TNA broadcaster Sam Leterna will be the ring announcer for the promotion.
The debut events on will take place on October 19 and 20 and will be available on pay-view from Triller TV. They will emanate live from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
