Former WWE talent cut by the Buffalo Bills

According to Around The NFL, former WWE talent Gable Steveson has been cut by the Buffalo Bills.

The report also notes that Steveson played in his first football game ever in the Bills’ preseason opener. He had three tackles and a pair of QB hits.

Steveson was released from his WWE contract back on May 3.

He is a two-time NCAA heavyweight champion for the Minnesota Golden Gophers, posting an 83-2 record and twice won the Hodge Trophy. He also won a gold medal in freestyle wrestling during the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
