Last Friday’s WWE SmackDown on FOX, which was the go-home show for SummerSlam came in with a 2.179 million viewers. This number is up from the 2.058 million viewers that SmackDown had the previous week.
In the key 18-49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.60 rating, which is up from last week’s 0.52 rating
Over on TNT, AEW Rampage drew 209,000 viewers. This number is down from the 309,000 viewers the show had from last week.
In the key 18-49 demographic, Rampage came in with a 0.12 rating, which is the same from the previous week.
Wrestlenomics notes this is the lowest audience Rampage ever done, including weeks that it was preempted due to the NBA and NHL.
Both WWE SmackDown and AEW Rampage faced tough competition from the Olympics on NBC, which drew 13.1 million viewers and a 2.29 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
