In addition to Castagnoli, NJPW star Yota Tsuji, MLW star Davey Boy Smith Jr., and ROH star Mansoor were announced for Team World. Máscara Dorada, Volador Jr, Esfinge, Euforia, and Valiente have been announced for Team Mexico.
Ikuro Kwon, Flip Gordon, Robbie X, AKIRA, Rocky Romero, and AEW star Kyle Fletcher were previously announced for Team World, while. Templario, Místico, Titán, Ultimo Guerrero, and ROH World Television Champion Atlantis Jr. were previously announced for Team Mexico.
CMLL Grand Prix will takes place on Friday, August 23rd at Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
