During a virtual signing for K&S Wrestlefest, Rhino said that former TNA Wrestling President Scott D’Amore is being paid by Anthem Sports & Entertainment through February 2025, to basically stay at home.
According to PWInsider, in asking around after Rhino made his comments, PWInsider said they were told the comments made about D’Amore are accurate and that D’Amore is also believed to be under a non-compete that would prevent him for working for any national promotion in the United States or Canada through February 2025.
Anthem terminated D’Amore’s TNA Wrestling contract back on February 7, 2024. It was said that D’Amore made an offer to Anthem to purchase TNA, but they turned him down.
