Ricky Starks took to Instagram Stories on Saturday night, noting that he was ‘all good’ after his injury scare on AEW Collision.
He also said that was checked out and that everything was fine.
Starks wrote the following:
“I’m all good, everything checked out fine. Was being precautious.”
The first update and our original report on Starks is below.

UPDATED @ 11:05 PM ET
Fightful Select is reporting an audible was indeed called during the AEW World Tag Team Championship Quarterfinal Match. The finish that took place was not the planned finish.
Starks was supposed to kick out, however he did not, which caused confusion in the end. Instead, Starks took the DDT. Top Flight’s Darius talked to the referee as the pin had taken place. Starks and Big Bill were originally scheduled to win the match and go on to face FTR.
At the time of this update, there is no word on the severity of Starks’ injury or what type of injury he may have.
We will certainly provide more updates as they become available.
Wrestleview wishes the best for Starks.

As I indicated in my AEW Collision recap and on X, it appeared that Ricky Starks was injured during the World Tag Team Championship Quarterfinal Match. The match was Top Flight vs. Big Bill and Starks.
The ending seemed off and the match ended abruptly. The referee and Doc Sampson immediately checked on Starks who was lying in the ring. Top Flight were declared the winners and will now advance to face FTR.
It certainly appeared this was a legitimate injury and they had to quickly improvise and call an audible.
We will provide more details as they become available.
