A statement has been released by the behind WaleMania with new details for this year’s event, per Fightful.
Announced for the annual WrestleMania week party is this year’s Guest of Honor, Shelton Benjamin.
The former WWE United States, Intercontinental, and Tag Team Champion will be a part of his own dedicated segment as part of the festivities, which will include a live episode of The Masked Man Show along with special performances, surprise guests, and more.
The appearance marks one of Benjamin’s first after being released by WWE in September 2023, having been previously announced for a Prestige Wrestling event in May.
The 2024 edition of WaleMania takes place Thursday, April 4 at the Franklin Music Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as just one of many independent events ahead of WWE WrestleMania 40 on April 6 and 7 from Lincoln Financial Field.
