The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Randy Orton suffered a concussion in his match with the Big Show during the 2/13 Monday Night Raw taping in San Diego. As a result, Orton has been pulled from Sunday’s Smackdown Elimination Chamber match as he will not be cleared to wrestle by then.
Update: Orton has been replaced following the Smackdown tapings last night. A report by the Observer had stated Mark Henry would be brought back early to take his spot, but that is no longer the case. If you wish to find out before Friday, click here.
