A middle school based in Jay Briscoe’s home state of Delaware recognized the former ROH World Champion with a memorial dedication announcing their locker room would be named after the man known to his family and loved ones as Jamin Pugh:
Briscoe tragically passed away in a car accident on January 17, 2023, cutting short a tremendous career that included holding the ROH World Championship on two occasions and numerous tag team accolades in ROH and elsewhere alongside his brother Mark.
