Speaking to Jimmy Traina on the SI Media podcast, Bill Simmons had something of an update on the documentary on the life of Vince McMahon.
Simmons confirmed that the project is directed by Chris Smith, also stating the project would possibly be released ‘the first part of next year’ in parts, due to how much there was to cover.
He also discussed the difficulty of producing documentaries on subjects related to pro wrestling, noting the “game of telephone” that tends to happen with stories and information passed down over time.
