Former WWE board member Ignace Lahoud spoke to the LA Times about his decision to resign, which was revealed in an SEC filing in January.
On the return of Vince McMahon as an Executive Chairman playing a role in his departure from the board, Lahoud stated:
“It wasn’t aligned with my way of seeing what governance is. There was a misalignment with what my values are.”
