According to PWInsider Elite, LA Knight and WWE have been negotiating a new long-term deal that is said to be up to five years.
It is also noted that the new deal is close or is being finalized. Furthermore, it is said that WWE wants to lock the 40-year old Knight into a long-term deal before moving forward with his big push.
PWInsider Elite concluded by saying that WWE’s plan for Knight is to be pushed as one of the top, if not the top babyface on SmackDown.
