During the media call promoting AEW All Out, Tony Khan was asked about the status of CM Punk for the event taking place Sunday.
The AEW President said it was a “great question,” noting that the company was still investigating the incident at All In but he could not comment further.
In response to when he’d be able to address the situation, Khan stated he hoped he would be able to speak on it before the show itself.
Khan declined to answer whether he spoke to Punk after the incident at Wembley Stadium, and no questions were asked regarding Jack Perry.
AEW All Out takes place on Sunday, September 3, emanating from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
