WWE has released a Vlog of the behind scenes of Edge’s 25th anniversary homecoming.

Edge’s 25th year anniversary celebration took place during the August 18 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
Edge took to social media on Thursday morning to comment on recent reports regarding his contract status with WWE. He said that he woke up to a lot of messages pertaining to his current contract status and future, and wanted to address those reports himself.
He noted that he has a contract sitting in his inbox.
There were reports on Wednesday night, that there is a belief within WWE that after Edge’s contract expires at the end of September, he will be on his way to AEW.
The reports also noted the reason for the move is that WWE “declined to meet Edge’s request” for what it would take to have him sign a potential new contract. It was unclear what the specifics of what supposed requests were.
Edge wrestled what he said was his last match on his WWE contract last Friday night on SmackDown in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, as he celebrated his 25-years in WWE. During a post-match promo that was after the show went off the air, he told the fans that this was his final match in Toronto. He also said that he would take a week to recover and discuss future plans with his family.
