Piper Niven made her return to WWE and Raw on Monday night.
As part of her return, Niven declared herself one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, by becoming Chelsea Green’s new tag partner.
During a backstage segment on Monday’s Raw, Green was upset at Adam Pearce after he told Green she should vacate the titles due to Sonya Deville’s injury.
Green threatened Pearce, saying she would call human resources. She then made a suggestion to Pearce, that she instead hold auditions to determine her new tag team partner.
Kayden Carter and Katana Chance then arrived. Chance was laid out by Niven, who grabbed one of the tag title belts and declared herself Green’s tag team new partner.
Niven was last seen on WWE television this past on an episode of Main Event, where she won a match against Dana Brooke. Her last match was WWE a loss to Becky Lynch at house show back on June 30 in Newcastle, England.
