As of time of writing we are but a day away from IMPACT Wrestling’s anniversary spectacular, appropriately named Slammiversary (which you can still order on FITE for $39.99).
PWInsider is reporting that Eric Young was seen on Friday at the Detroit Airport, obviously on his way to Windsor, Ontario, Canada where IMPACT is holding Slammiversary.
There has been speculation that Young will be Scott D’Amore’s partner at Saturday’s IMPACT Wrestling Slammiversary PPV.
The last time Young was seen on a wrestling television show was during the December 1, 2022 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, when he was kayfabe “killed” by Deaner.
Fightful Select had previously reported Young was recruited back to WWE in a wrestling capacity last year by Triple H, just a few months after he took over. It was also noted that IMPACT Wrestling was made aware Young would be finishing up with the company.
However, it appears that Young’s 2nd WWE run never started.
