Jim Ross has spoken on the status of his contract with AEW, revealing in an upcoming episode of the Grilling JR podcast that he is taking things “a day at a time” in light of his recent health concerns.
He made note that the contract is still in place, stating:
“I don’t have a lot of time left on it, but I’ve got enough. I’m not concerned about that. Either I’m retained, or I’m not. I’m just gonna take it a day at a time and see how it works out.”
Ross had signed a contract extension with the company in May 2022, and at the time stated it was for “a year and a half.”
