A report from PWInsider has indicated that former WWE coach Cathy Corino was seen at the Performance Center recently, in what has been noted as a guest coach role.
Corino had a very short tenure with WWE in late 2021 to early 2022, being let go after mere months due to what was reported as company cutbacks at the time.
Corino is perhaps most notable for her time on the independent scene and in Ring of Honor as Allison Danger, as well as her contribution in helping spearhead SHIMMER Women’s Wrestling alongside Dave Prazak.
SHIMMER has had quite the impact on the business, with a number of former and current WWE talent having spent time in the promotion including Nikki Cross, Natalya, Beth Phoenix, Mickie James, Mia Yim, and Candice LeRae.
