As a guest on the podcast Out of Character with Ryan Satin, Chelsea Green covered a number of topics including the process of her WWE return coming together.
Green stated that things began with a text to Triple H saying she wanted her job back, with the reply from him to call coming as a shock to her.
She went on to describe her return at the 2023 women’s Royal Rumble match, where she lasted five seconds before being eliminated:
“I loved it. I was waiting to find out when my surprise return would be for months. So, for me the Royal Rumble, it was perfect. And just the way the entire day came together and those five seconds will live on forever.”
In the full interview, Green also discusses the process of her “Karen” character coming together, and how much of that is based on real experience such as bad YELP reviews.
