In a press release promoting AEW Collision coming to TNT, a number of AEW wrestlers were featured in the headline. These include Thunder Rosa, Miro, Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Andrade El Idolo. However, a cached version of the release originally listed CM Punk, as noted by Sports Illustrated writer Jimmy Traina.
The headline was later edited, and Warner Bros Discovery later released a statement claiming “CM Punk is not affiliated with TNT’s AEW Collision.”
