WWE has announced that Gunther will learn of his next challenger for the Intercontinental Championship, on this Monday’s Raw. This Monday will also feature the debut of Gunther since being sent to Raw from SmackDown as part of the 2023 Draft.
There will be a Battle Royal on this coming Monday’s episode to determine the new number one contender for the Championship. Gunther has held the title since the June 10, 2022 episode of SmackDown, defeating Ricochet to win the championship.
After an attack by Brock Lesnar last Monday on Raw, Cody Rhodes will respond. Due to the the brutal attack, Rhodes lost his opportunity to further advance in the World Heavyweight Title Tournament.
Also, Becky Lynch is scheduled to speak after she made her return to last Monday’s Raw, when, from behind she came in the ring and smacked Trish Stratus and then dropped her with a Bexploder.
