AEW stars Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Kris Statlander, and Yuta Wheeler caused a huge upset at the President’s Race during the Washington National’s MLB game at Nationals Park on Tuesday.
The President’s Race has been a tradition at the Nationals Park since 2006. The race is held during the fourth inning of each home game. The race consists of four former U.S. President mascots in a race that takes place around the warning track.
In the video below, Chuck Taylor hit Thomas Jefferson with a steel chair. Kris Statlander then nailed Abraham Lincoln with a steel chair. As Teddy Roosevelt was making his way around the corner, he was met by Wheeler Yuta, who then picked him up and drove him down on a table with a chokeslam. Yuta then trash talked at Teddy.
AEW will be at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, Maryland for a live Dynamite and a Rampage taping on Wednesday night.
